It comes as a great disappointment to me to read in your newspaper, today, of the lack of numbers in the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force Band and the alleged difficulty in recruiting new band members because of the existing pay structure in the Force.
THE RSIPF BAND IS AN IMPORTANT AND MUCH NEEDED SYMBOL OF NATIONAL PRIDE AND SOVEREIGNTY
