A former MPA’s vision and initiative sees the Gwounatolo health clinic nearing completion.
An article published in today’s edition of the Solomon Star newspaper tells the story of the new Gwounatolo health clinic approaching completion.
It is said the new clinic is the first clinic building project under the Provincial Capacity Development Fund (PCDF) funding to reach Ward 13 in Baegu/Asifola.
Prior to the soon to be finished clinic, the old clinic functioned from a rundown building for the past 20 years.
I extend my thanks to Ms Rose Liata for her vision and encouragement in seeing to the project arrangements for the Gwounatolo clinic. Meanwhile, the former MPA said all she wanted was for the women, children, youths, and men of Ward 13 and Baegu/Asifola to have access to better health services.
Yours sincerely
