27 constituencies fail to give RCDF report

ABOUT 27 Constituencies have not submitted their reports for the 4th Tranche payments of the Republic of China (ROC) Support to Constituency Development (or RSCD) Cash Grants to Ministry of Rural Development.
This came after only 23 Constituencies have so far submitted their acquittal reports to the ministry.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Rural Development, Allan Daonga said all the Constituencies have acquitted their 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tranche Payments and the Ministry thanks all Members of Parliament for the submissions.
However, Daonga has expressed serious concerns over the delay in the submission of various Cash Grant Acquittal Reports under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) Programme to the Ministry by former members of Parliament and their constituency officers.
The Ministry of Rural Development will publish an updated list of Constituencies that have NOT submitted their 2018 cash grant acquittal reports after the February 15th deadline.
