This week the Prime Minister of the tiny Pacific nation of Tuvalu, Enele Sopoaga, when responding to questions posed to him by Radio New Zealand International’s reporter, Karoi Hawkings, made some very profound and heartfelt remarks about his countries forthcoming attendance at the Paris COP 21 negotiations meeting at the end of the month.
