News in-brief: The Human Papilloma Vaccine
The Human Papilloma HPV vaccine will be introduced in the Solomon Islands on 15 May this year.
The vaccine will be given to girls between 9 and 14 years and repeated every 12 months.
The vaccine will be given as a protection to getting cervical cancer as the girls mature.
