Since the arrival in Honiara of a first container of gifted 48 beds and mattresses for the NRH on 1 October and their off-loading and practical use in the hospital, a second container is being loaded in Auckland by the Charitable Trust, ‘Take My Hands.’
Already 37 pallets of much needed consumable medical supplies are included in the container and this Friday much more equipment requested by the MOH for the Provincial hospitals will be loaded.
