Take My Hands’ continuing to build relationships with the Solomon Islands.
Janette Searle, the Head of my partner charity in New Zealand, ‘Take My Hands’ will be returning to Honiara for a visit next month and accompanied by a team from Fisher and Paykel Health Care and, additionally, staff from Canterbury University.
The purpose of the visit is to scope out new work in aid of the Solomon Islands. (More precise details will follow in another letter).
It should be mentioned that a container with 50 hospital beds and some 30 wheel chairs is still awaiting shipment to the NRH and the consignment has been delayed because TMH is still awaiting the release of the supplies from the hospital in New Zealand that will be gifting them.
Yours sincerely
Frank Short
